Mad Men in Midtown Manhattan

MadMen, the drama, casts a side glow on to the figure of a homeless man taking a rest in a bus stop. This was around the corner from Lincoln Center late at night.

I liked the juxtaposition (a mixture of usually unconnected things) between the show, it’s themes, the homeless man, and how he is offset against the street by a passing yellow cab.

I shot this hand held, with a Nikon D300 DLSR with a Nikkor 18-200mm VR zoom lens.

  • ISO 1600
  • f 5.6
  • 1/8th sec.
  • 52mm
  • No flash

I love my Nikon D300 and I have an excellent copy of the 18-200mm lens. I highly recommend both to anyone interested in digital photography.
